Fitness plan
my fitness goal plan is to improve on my abdominal area throughout these 5 weeks ill improve on it by doing sit-ups,planks and crunches. i want to improve my abdominal because i want to get in better shape. I'll also do other workouts to help me be fit, everyday of the week I'll be doing the same exercises as I'm listing below.
Week 1:
Monday: 10 burpees 2reps
50 sit up 1 rep
Scissors : 20 2reps
High knees: 25 2 reps
Push ups : 15 2reps
For cardio : 30 mins on tredmill
Tuesday
Tricep work out: 5 pound weights
20 2 reps
Wall sit: 1:30 min 2 reps
Jogging for 30 minutes
Jumping jacks 30 2 reps
Skipping 2 mins
Wednesday
Is rest day
Thursday
30 mins of bike riding
20 push ups 2 reps
50 sit ups 2reps
10 burpees 2reps
15 minutes of jogging
Friday
20 lunges 2reps
30 mins of swimming
Squats 20 2reps
Wall sit : 1:45
Saturday
20 mins biking
30 mins of tredmill
2 mins of skipping ....it was a cardio day
Sunday
Zumba for 30 mins
Triceps : weights of 5 pounds 25 2reps
Sit ups :25 2reps
In conclusion I have seen progress I'll soon continue to start doing these exercises again.

Colon cancer post
What were you surprised about?
I was surprised about how big our stomach can get because of a tumour.
What was the most amazing part?
I was surprised on how they got the tumour out of the intestine.
Could you relate the parts they are working on (live) to the colouring sheet, diagrams, or notes we took in class?
I could relate because it was practically the same thing but in a picture format. Specially the large intestine.
What did you learn from this that you didn't know before?
I never knew how big the stomach could get because of a tumour that was surprising.
Interesting kidney post: kidney stones
Kidney stones are normally caused when you don't drink enough water than your suppose to. People who mostly have kidney stones are Americans, mostly white males gets kidney stones than anyone else including white females. The ages you can get the kidney stone is between 20-40. The largest kidney stone is the size of a golf ball. There are also many symptoms for kidney stones such as, blood in urine, burning sensation in urination, as well as being/ becoming sick.
PE leaders
1. First time when we taught the kindergartens compared to the last time there were huge improvements. We did everything based on their understanding, the kindergartens were definitely a challenge considering their very slow but over all I had a blast working with them. As well as we were also more organized now than before because we understand them better now.
2. The biggest challenge would be thinking of different games that would be a fun way of learning new things for them as well as making it fun for us. As well as games that would be suitable for them and the amount of kids we had to work with.
3. My favourite moment as a leader would be connecting with the kids and making new buddies because I felt like if we participated more we connected better with them because we're both energetic.
4. The things I would improve on would be finding a better ways for all the kids to listen, because in general they're very slow and get sidetracked very fast I definitely would like to improve on that.
PE buddies
1. I learned how to handle different kinds of kids with different types of strengths as well as weakness's.
2. My comfort level definitely did change we all started to get more comfortable with one another. The children started opening up more they weren't shy around me anymore.
3. My favourite part of being a pe buddy was doing the activities with the kids they were a lot of fun and some were challenging because in freeze tag the children's would make a small little group of 4-5 kids and just run after one person until everyone was tagged.
