Hi Mom and Dad!
This is my interim report for the Human Kinetics Coop.
So far, the highlights for me have been:
I am the most proud of:
Actually exercising this year and improving on my eating.
The most interesting things I have learned about are:
Our body parts, and I now know them better.
An example of when I really pushed myself in SuperFit is:
When my bone came out but I still ran in pain.
I could make improvements in:
Eating more healthier.
I am really looking forward to:
Up coming field trips.
The Basics - WORK HABITS:
Attendance (classes missed and why) -
I've never missed a class so far.
Participation in field trips (woo kim, grouse grind, rock climbing) -
I've participated in every field trip.
Lates (how many & reasons) -
I've never been late to class.
Preparedness for class (gym strip &/or supplies) -
I always bring my gym strip and supplies for Bio.
Class time management (are you using your class time to complete your work? engaged in class discussion? participating? following along? doing your best? or talking too much? ) -
Yes I am using my time wisely in class and engaging in class discussions, all though i'm doing a terrible job at posting blogs only thing I need improvements on.
Blog assignment completion - (out of 8 assignments) Comments?
I still need to do the other 7..
